Management Consultant – Strategy, PMO & Innovation

About the role

We are looking for a Management Consultant specialized in Strategy, PMO and Innovation to join our team in Jeddah on a contract basis. The role involves supporting strategy development, governance, and the delivery of innovation initiatives while working closely with internal technology, digital, data and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy development, opportunity assessments and problem‑solving for innovation initiatives.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, market analysis and insight synthesis on FinTech, Open Banking, CX and emerging technologies.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, portfolio documentation, communication packs and steering‑committee materials.
• Manage PMO activities including timelines, trackers, RAID logs, reporting packs, dependencies, dashboards and risk management.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies and follow‑ups across Technology, Digital, Data and business units.
• Collaborate with business units to gather inputs, validate information and ensure alignment.
• Support the management of MVPs, pilots, PoCs and experiment documentation.
• Contribute to idea‑funnel management, innovation program operations, workshop facilitation and steering‑committee meetings.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality documentation and deliverables across all workstreams.
• Demonstrate consulting‑style communication with clear structure, strong storytelling and concise insights.

Required profile

• Based in Riyadh/Jeddah with full on‑site presence (non‑negotiable).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
• 1‑3 years of consulting experience with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication at a professional level.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational discipline and ability to handle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation, fintech, open banking, AI and emerging technologies.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
