Manager - Events and Sponsorships

About the role

The Events and Sponsorship Manager will lead the planning, execution and management of high‑impact experiential luxury events and sponsorship activations that elevate Red Sea Global’s brand and residential portfolio. This hands‑on, execution‑driven role requires extensive experience delivering large‑scale, detail‑oriented luxury events, ideally within hospitality, destination marketing or premium lifestyle brands, targeting UHNWIs, investors and strategic stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives, identifying high‑value partnership opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end event delivery—from concept, design and production to on‑ground execution and post‑event analysis—ensuring ultra‑luxury standards.
• Collaborate with top‑tier event agencies, production houses and luxury vendors, driving quality, creativity and accountability.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Brand, PR, Leadership) to align events with business goals and support executive‑level engagements.
• Manage event and sponsorship budgets, track performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation, brand exposure and ROI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale luxury or high‑end experiential events.
• Proven track record in agency‑level execution or within large organisations, with exposure to hospitality, luxury brands or destination marketing.
• Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships or branded collaborations is highly preferred.
• Strong execution mindset, proactive and delivery‑focused, thriving in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging VIP clients and senior stakeholders.
