Manager IT Presales - GCC Region

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager IT Presales to lead our presales initiatives across the GCC, focusing on Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing tailored IT solutions, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads across diverse industries in the GCC.
• Collaborate with account managers to create customized IT solutions that meet client needs.
• Design and deliver bespoke proposals for cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, and enterprise software.
• Present solutions to demonstrate how they address business challenges and integrate seamlessly.
• Work closely with technical teams to validate feasibility and performance of solutions.
• Stay updated on technological advancements to maintain competitive positioning.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide end‑to‑end support throughout the proposal lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT presales, with a proven track record in delivering cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C‑suite executives.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and adapt to regional business practices.
