About the role
The Manager, Sales and Business Development will lead revenue growth initiatives and expand the company’s footprint in the Oil & Gas sector. This role combines strategic client relationship building, pipeline management, and cross‑functional leadership to achieve the organization’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award, including proposal preparation and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research, monitor trends and competitor activities, and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Mentor junior sales and business development professionals.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
Required profile
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end sales processes and delivering technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong ability to build and sustain strategic client relationships.
- Demonstrated capability in market analysis and business development planning.
- Leadership experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
