Manager, Sales Training & Product Coaching

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager to lead Sales Training and Product Coaching for its Vision Care portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, you will shape training programs that boost technical selling, product knowledge, and customer engagement across the sales force and distributor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage specialized sales training and product coaching initiatives.
• Provide pre‑sales support, product demonstrations, and ongoing client assistance to drive solution adoption.
• Ensure uninterrupted business operations across sales training, analytics, and sales operations.
• Support Sales and Key Account Management with administration and customer service tasks.
• Lead and develop a sales support team through coaching and management of commercial programs.
• Plan and execute training projects for Alcon distributor partners from concept to completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales training or product coaching role.
• Educational background as an Optometrist with strong optometry knowledge.
• Saudi nationality and a valid driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable, flexible mindset; training experience in the field is highly valued.
