Manager, Timing, Scoring and Results

About the role

The Timing, Scoring and Results (TSR) Manager will lead the planning, integration and delivery of all timing and results solutions for sport competitions. Working closely with International and Asian Federations, the Sport Department and technology vendors, you will ensure that every system complies with sport‑specific rules and OCA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate TSR requirements for each discipline in collaboration with federations and the Sport Department.
• Lead coordination meetings with technical delegates and vendors to guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Define and manage homologation procedures, testing and formal approval of all timing, scoring and results systems.
• Oversee venue layout design, equipment positioning, and integration of cabling, power and connectivity.
• Ensure seamless data flow between On‑Venue Results (OVR) systems and the Central Results Server (CRS).
• Supervise the creation, validation and distribution of Sport Results Books and official digital results.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in timing, scoring or results management for sport events.
• Strong understanding of federation requirements and OCA guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and manage technical projects.
