Manager, Transformation Management (Project Management)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Manager, Transformation Management (Project Management) in Riyadh for its Advisory practice, within Project Portfolio Management services. The role works with government and public sector clients in Saudi Arabia, helping organisations balance long-term strategy with short-term needs so that projects and programmes are aligned with corporate strategy and deliver value. It sits within the Programme and Project Management team, which uses PwC's own methodologies and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and run a wide range of projects such as transformation projects, IT implementations, business process re-engineering and feasibility studies
• Handle risk, issue and change management, keeping change control, risks and issues under control
• Define project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards, and document business requirements
• Organise project activities, monitor budgets and prepare regular status reports
• Evaluate project outcomes on quality, consistency, accuracy, value, completion dates and provider performance
• Maintain a project database of data, documents and reports
• Lead knowledge sharing and use learning and development tools to analyse and communicate change requirements

Required profile

• 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a PMO, preferably in the government and public sector
• Ability to lead multiple projects and engage diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with PMO structures and operating models, and experience driving large-scale change
• Knowledge of the Middle East government and public sector and of labour reforms
• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic

Required skills

• Planning and reporting tools: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Primavera P6
• Experience overseeing and reporting progress of large-scale programmes

The position involves travel of up to 60%, and the employer offers work visa sponsorship.
