Manager/Senior Manager – FAAS, Private Equity & Operational Excellence

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice within the Banking and Capital Markets division in Riyadh. The role combines banking domain expertise with asset management, private equity accounting and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements for banking and capital markets clients covering finance transformation, operating model design, core banking modernization and digital channels.
• Drive asset management and private equity projects, including fund controllership, operating model design at both management‑company and portfolio‑company levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, risk and compliance to define target‑state requirements and implementation roadmaps.
• Support large‑scale transformation programmes, including governance, PMO setup, milestone tracking and executive reporting.
• Contribute to business development through proposal creation, client presentations and board‑room materials.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in top‑tier consulting, Big‑Four advisory, financial‑services technology or banking transformation.
• Strong background serving banking, asset management and private‑equity clients, with exposure to fund structures and transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with core banking platforms and digital banking channels.
• Familiarity with ERP/finance systems, CRM and treasury systems.
• Knowledge of data platforms, reporting systems and workflow tools.
