Manufacturing Manager – Lean Six Sigma & Industry 4.0

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead the production operations of Alkhorayef Petroleum Company, driving efficiency, quality and safety through Lean Six Sigma, automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that manufacturing targets are met while maintaining strict budgetary control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing plans to meet production and delivery goals.
• Manage the manufacturing budget, monitor KPIs and provide regular financial reporting.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping and other continuous‑improvement activities.
• Drive adoption of automation, IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies across the shop floor.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Present performance metrics, project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in high‑mix, low‑volume (HMLV) environments, preferably in oil‑and‑gas equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting and cost‑optimization.
