Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior)

About the role

Hire Resolve is helping manufacturing and supply chain organisations in Saudi Arabia hire experienced professionals for mid- to senior-level positions. Candidates with a background in manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics or quality can help optimise production and supply chain processes, improve efficiency, ensure quality and health and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement. The role sits in Abha.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support manufacturing, production and supply chain operations
• Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control and materials flow
• Optimise workflows, processes and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and service levels
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements and ISO quality standards
• Monitor KPIs such as production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality and cost
• Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation
• Lead, mentor and support supervisors, planners, engineers and operations teams
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning and long-term improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations
• Experience in manufacturing or production management, supply chain or planning, procurement or sourcing, logistics, warehousing or distribution, or engineering and quality
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Experience supporting localisation initiatives (e.g. Saudisation) is advantageous
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is beneficial
