Market Access Manager - Global Pharma

About the role

The Market Access Manager will shape and execute strategies that secure timely and sustainable patient access to our pharmaceutical and vaccine portfolio. Working across global teams, you will translate scientific and economic evidence into compelling value propositions for payers and healthcare decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market access strategies for existing products and new launches, targeting favorable pricing, reimbursement and formulary inclusion.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement submissions, preparing value dossiers, budget impact analyses, HEOR components and payer‑focused materials.
• Conduct pricing analyses such as international reference pricing, benchmarking and scenario modelling to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Engage private insurers, third‑party administrators and provider networks to secure coverage and manage formulary access.
• Monitor pricing regulations and reimbursement policies to ensure compliance and identify opportunities.
• Partner with Medical Affairs and HEOR teams to generate health‑economic and real‑world evidence, adapt economic models and create payer‑focused narratives.
• Support new product planning activities up to 24 months pre‑launch, including competitive landscape analysis and early stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing market access strategies for pharmaceutical products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead pricing and reimbursement submissions and to produce value dossiers.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Medical, HEOR, Regulatory, Policy and Marketing.
• Familiarity with private payer engagement and insurance reimbursement processes.
