Marketing Analyst

About the role

Hilti is looking for a Marketing Analyst to act as the bridge between the Sub‑Region Gulf and the Marketing HUB, supporting regional marketing activities and product management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for ET&A product and technical enquiries from Hilti sales teams in the Gulf markets.
• Manage the local product portfolio for BA ET&A, including product data publishing, special item requests, and local certifications.
• Coordinate with Logistics and HUB Marketing on the SFI process to reduce obsolescence.
• Assist in local wave preparation, product introductions, sales campaigns, events and monitor the competitive landscape.
• Investigate customer product complaints and work with the HUB PLS team for escalation.
• Support regional training sessions for new joiners during GTP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales or a commercial role.
• Strong experience in content creation and campaign development.
• Ability to execute marketing strategies and analyse performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for marketing or sales operations (preferred).
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation development.
