Marketing Analyst

About the role

As a Marketing Analyst you will act as the bridge between the Sub‑Region Gulf markets and Hilti’s Marketing HUB, coordinating and localising regional marketing activities to support the ET&A product range.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Gulf sales teams on product and technical enquiries.
• Manage the local product portfolio, creating and sequencing items in the Product Data Publishing (PDP) system.
• Handle special item requests, produce and maintain local certifications required for sales.
• Collaborate with Logistics and the HUB on the SFI process to minimise obsolescence.
• Coordinate local wave preparation and support product introductions with the HUB Marketing team.
• Plan and execute local sales campaigns, events and demos while monitoring the competitive landscape.
• Investigate customer product complaints and work with the HUB PLS team for escalation.
• Support regional training sessions for new joiners during GTP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales or a commercial role.
• Proven ability to create content and develop campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for marketing or sales operations (preferred).
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation development.
