Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

The Marketing Assistant Manager supports the delivery of effective marketing and corporate communication services. The role involves supervising data collection, assisting in the design of marketing initiatives, and managing document and intellectual‑property assets.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end marketing initiatives such as research, competitor intelligence, market segmentation, event management and branding.
• Develop media‑relations strategies and secure high‑level placements across print, broadcast and online channels.
• Conduct brand‑image surveys and analyse brand health metrics under senior guidance.
• Train and support “brand champions” to ensure consistent application of advertising and branding policies.
• Implement communication plans covering media, events, digital marketing and public relations as directed.
• Consolidate marketing and corporate‑communication materials and coordinate regular updates with the Document Management Department.
• Manage and centralise intellectual‑property assets, including brand imagery, copyrights and software licences.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations, communicate goals, budgets and timelines to junior staff.
• Assist in monitoring, analysing and reporting PR results on a quarterly basis.
• Support evaluation of partnership, sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
• Supervise trademark registration processes and maintain the trademark document library.

Required profile

• Ability to manage day‑to‑day team operations within a defined scope.
• Experience supervising marketing and corporate‑communication activities.
• Strong organisational skills for handling document management and IP assets.
