Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and brand initiatives for FAENA, a luxury resort within the Accor network. This role ensures that campaigns, content, and communications align with the resort’s high‑end brand standards and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing activities, projects, and integrated campaigns across all channels.
• Develop, organize, and distribute marketing content for digital, social media, print, and on‑property platforms.
• Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, designers, photographers, and vendors to meet creative and production requirements.
• Support social media planning and digital marketing execution, maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure on‑time completion.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, brand activations, photoshoots, and media engagements.
• Maintain marketing files, brand assets, guidelines, and digital content libraries.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and basic performance updates, including competitor benchmarking.
• Track campaign budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation in coordination with finance.
• Support PR initiatives, media requests, press kits, and influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality‑related coordination roles.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content management.
