Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing and brand initiatives for FAENA, a luxury resort within the Accor network. This role ensures that all campaigns and communications align with the resort’s high‑end brand standards and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing activities, projects and integrated campaigns across all channels.
• Develop, organize and distribute marketing content for digital, social media, print and on‑property platforms.
• Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, designers, photographers and vendors to align creative and production requirements.
• Support social media planning, digital marketing execution and brand consistency.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, tasks and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, brand activations, photoshoots and media engagements.
• Maintain marketing files, photography, video assets, brand guidelines and digital content libraries.
• Prepare presentations, reports and basic performance updates, including competitor benchmarking.
• Track campaign budgets, invoices and vendor documentation in coordination with finance.
• Support PR initiatives, media requests, press kits and influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications or hospitality‑related coordination roles.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content management.
