About the role

Riyadh Najed Schools is seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to join its Marketing Team in Riyadh. The role focuses on boosting the school’s brand presence, supporting student enrollment campaigns, and creating engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts.
• Manage the school’s social media presence and foster community engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and produce marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and internal departments.
• Cover school events, educational activities, and marketing activations.
• Support student enrollment campaigns and brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or social media management.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and Meta Business Suite.
• Photography, videography and basic video editing.
• Use of AI marketing tools and digital analytics platforms.
