About the role
Join OCAAL Group in Riyadh as a Marketing Director, leading marketing strategies and campaigns for diverse clients. This full‑time, on‑site role is reserved for Saudi nationals and offers the chance to shape brand activities across digital and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for clients.
- Manage marketing accounts and projects from planning to execution.
- Oversee social media, content, digital campaigns, and brand activities.
- Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers as needed.
- Build and develop the marketing team as the business grows.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and marketing proposals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in a marketing, creative, or digital agency (preferred).
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Good Arabic and English language proficiency.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market.
