Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer acquisition for TradesApp. The role combines strategic marketing leadership with strong sales and business development expertise, preferably within the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue growth targets.
• Lead brand positioning, market expansion, demand generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Leverage sales experience to identify customer needs, understand buying behavior, and craft effective go‑to‑market strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and team performance against KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance, market insights, and revenue metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• At least 12 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in managerial or leadership positions.
• Extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Proven sales experience and strong understanding of sales processes, negotiations, and revenue generation.
• Experience in the education sector is highly preferred; candidates from other service‑based industries are also considered.
• Background in marketing and selling high‑value services or solutions, preferably with enterprise or high‑ticket offerings.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
