About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Marketing Director to shape our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer acquisition to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue growth targets.
• Lead brand positioning, market expansion, demand generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Leverage sales experience to identify customer needs and craft effective go‑to‑market strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and team performance against KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance, market insights, and revenue metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• At least 12 years of professional experience, with minimum 6 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Proven sales experience and strong understanding of sales processes and revenue generation.
• Preferably experience in the education sector or client‑side service‑based businesses.
• Experience marketing and selling high‑value services or solutions, especially enterprise or high‑ticket offerings.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
