Marketing & Events Coordinator (Medical Device)

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading medical‑device company to hire a Marketing & Events Coordinator on a one‑year contract in Riyadh. You will be responsible for planning and executing regional training and promotional events, ensuring seamless logistics and high‑impact delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and course schedules for regional events.
• Oversee transportation, setup, and supply of clinical materials and equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost‑effective quality.
• Handle participant registration, on‑site operations, and act as the primary point of contact during events.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners, and local representatives to align content and delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and conduct post‑event evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of event‑management experience, preferably within the medical‑device or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record managing regional projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
