Marketing Manager (Fintech & Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for key brands within a fast‑moving fintech and payments environment in Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring campaigns drive measurable growth and align with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, roadmaps, KPIs and growth initiatives for assigned brands.
• Act as primary liaison for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing expert recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within quality standards and budget.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Apply payment industry knowledge to ensure compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management considerations are addressed.
• Review marketing claims and materials for industry‑standard compliance.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and proactively solve challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership, client project services or account management.
• Strong background in payments or fintech marketing.
• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
