Marketing Manager (Food & Beverage)

About the role

Burjline Builders, a construction company offering residential, commercial and industrial construction, project management, design and planning and renovation services, is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager (Food & Beverage) in Riyadh. The role covers strategy, digital campaigns, content and stakeholder relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research on trends, consumer preferences and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and the website.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, keeping them consistent with brand messaging.
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
• Coordinate promotional events and product launches to boost brand engagement and awareness.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors and media partners.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset.
