Marketing Manager

About the role

Gulfmaid® is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing strategy across Saudi Arabia and selected GCC markets. The role will strengthen brand positioning, expand market presence, and drive revenue and profitability through integrated brand, product, digital, trade, and B2B initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies, plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Lead brand, product, trade, B2B, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage product marketing for household plastics, thermoformed, injection/blow‑molded, blown film, paper, and new product categories.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee new product launches, positioning, and value propositions.
• Maintain digital presence, social media, campaigns, content, exhibitions, and trade promotions.
• Create marketing collateral such as catalogues, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
• Track performance, ROI, budgets, customer insights, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, QA/QC, and Senior Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8–12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, household products, plastics, or consumer goods.
• 3–5 years in a managerial marketing role.
• Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in brand, product, trade, B2B/B2C, digital marketing, and new product launches.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, budgets, campaigns, and deliver measurable business results.
