Marketing Manager

About the role

BOUNCE is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s presence in the Saudi market. You will own local social media channels, drive campaigns, manage events and partnerships, and ensure every activation reflects the energetic BOUNCE vibe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow organic social media presence on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat, meeting engagement, awareness and commercial targets.
• Translate BOUNCE’s brand tone of voice into culturally relevant content across all touchpoints in KSA.
• Collaborate with in‑house creatives to produce platform‑centric, on‑trend content that aligns with brand campaigns and venue programs.
• Monitor social and cultural trends, test platform innovations, and implement features such as in‑platform bookings to boost traffic and revenue.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer activities, including identification, relationship building and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with venue and content teams to ensure timely, campaign‑aligned content delivery.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys seeing ideas come to life.
• Strong understanding of Saudi cultural nuances and ability to adapt brand messaging accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for the BOUNCE brand experience.
