Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for Jumeirah Jabal Omar, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Makkah. The role will support the Director of Sales and Marketing in delivering integrated campaigns that showcase the brand’s premium hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Sales and Marketing in daily marketing activities and campaigns.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet predetermined deadlines.
• Manage quotes, obtain approvals from suppliers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and activity plans.
• Create operational marketing collateral aligned with business objectives.
• Execute, monitor, and adapt marketing plans as needed.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with luxury or hospitality brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
