Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The company is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for its residential, commercial and mixed‑use real‑estate portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will shape brand positioning, drive lead generation and support sales teams with high‑impact campaigns and collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, annual plans, campaign calendars and budgets for each project.
• Oversee brand identity, visual standards and corporate communications across all channels.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic ads, email marketing and content creation.
• Manage the company website, landing pages and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) to maximise traffic and conversions.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for property launches, pre‑sales, ongoing sales and inventory clearance.
• Collaborate with sales to produce tools, presentation decks, factsheets and on‑site marketing displays.
• Coordinate events, press releases, influencer collaborations and representation at industry exhibitions.
• Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ROI, cost‑per‑lead and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7‑10 years of progressive marketing experience, at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of successful real‑estate marketing campaigns and strong knowledge of the Saudi market and government housing programmes.
