Marketing Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

MENA Alliances is recruiting on behalf of an international management and consulting company for a Marketing Manager based in Saudi Arabia. The role drives the marketing strategy, builds brand presence and supports expansion in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the IMEA Head of Marketing and Saudi Arabia's business leadership to develop growth strategies for existing and new sectors.
• Lead marketing campaigns across the website, social media, press releases, email newsletters, videos and events.
• Provide campaign reporting and analysis with the IMEA Campaigns Coordinator, using CRM and other tools to optimise campaigns.
• Manage relationships with local PR agencies and build connections with editors and journalists.
• Create and adapt Saudi Arabia-specific content from global materials, and represent the company at global marketing forums.
• Secure speaking opportunities for firm leaders at conferences in Saudi Arabia and partner with the company's forum on report launches.
• Build strategic partnerships with organisations, associations and influencers, and develop account-based marketing strategies.
• Support the recruitment team with local employer-brand activations and stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
• Oversee local marketing operations and manage agency and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing or communications within professional services or an agency.
• Account-based marketing experience linked to commercial objectives.
• Team management and experience working with an international peer group.
• Media relationships in Saudi Arabia or experience managing a PR agency are an advantage.

Required skills

• Content creation and editing across media, social media, web and reports, with keyword research and SEO knowledge.
• Strong grasp of social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
