Brand Manager - Snacking

About the role

Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan is looking for a Brand Manager in Jeddah. Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you will implement brand strategy aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth and deliver business objectives, while supporting profit and loss management, new product development and platform opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy for designated brands and develop product and packaging initiatives
• Implement pricing strategies and plan and run integrated marketing communication and media plans
• Recommend integrated commercial plans and support marketing plans so they meet revenue, profit and share objectives
• Use consumer insights to develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline; professional marketing certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong experience in brand management, marketing planning and campaign execution
• Understanding of commercial plans, revenue, profitability and market share objectives
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Knowledge of the Saudi consumer and commercial market is preferred
• Written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage

• Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical skills, stakeholder management and project management from design to completion
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced FMCG environment
