Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Fakeeh Care’s brand, services, and initiatives. This role combines market research, content creation, and multi‑channel campaign management to align marketing activities with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing plans that support Fakeeh Care’s objectives.
• Gather and analyse market data, trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, write and edit marketing content for digital, print and social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan, coordinate and execute multi‑channel campaigns, events, webinars and promotional activities.
• Manage the social media presence, create content, engage the community and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, ROI and lead generation, providing improvement recommendations.
• Maintain brand messaging, visuals and identity across all marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support, track project progress, manage budgets and maintain records.
• Update Fakeeh Care Group websites and digital platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Collaborative mindset to work with sales, design and communications teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools.
• Competence in managing social media platforms.
