Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

STAY Residential is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its Riyadh team. This execution‑focused position will take marketing ideas from concept to launch, handling everything from Instagram campaigns to on‑site branding installations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with advertising, printing, branding, and production agencies.
• Manage production and installation of building branding and signage across STAY properties.
• Conduct site visits to verify correct installation and compliance with brand standards.
• Support creation of marketing materials and social‑media content, either directly or via external agencies.
• Set up and manage campaigns on Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, handling budgets, targeting, and ad formats.
• Use AI tools to create, edit, and develop marketing content and videos.
• Collaborate with AI/video production partners and creative agencies to deliver high‑quality assets.
• Follow up with suppliers and agencies from briefing through final delivery.
• Monitor active campaigns and prepare simple performance reports.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior team for final creative approvals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple agencies and deadlines.
• Comfortable with field visits to residential properties in Riyadh.
• Proactive, organized, and able to see tasks through to completion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
