Content Director Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Content Director Intern to help shape and execute DemaDose’s content strategy. You will work closely with the founders to turn business ideas, market insights, and founder experiences into compelling content that drives awareness and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research the company, customers, market trends and competitors to uncover content opportunities.
• Generate a high volume of content ideas and write short‑form video scripts, articles and other business‑focused pieces.
• Develop hooks, angles and storytelling frameworks that capture audience attention.
• Create and maintain content calendars and briefs for editors.
• Review edited drafts, provide clear feedback and ensure consistency with the brand voice.
• Collaborate directly with founders to translate their insights into publishable content.
• Test different topics, formats and hooks, monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social‑media content and what makes users stop scrolling.
• Excellent writing ability with a talent for generating many ideas quickly.
• Knowledge of hooks, storytelling techniques and audience psychology.
• Ability to simplify complex business concepts into engaging content.
• Comfort giving clear creative direction to editors.
• Interest in startups, SaaS, marketing and business growth.
