Marketing & PR Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Marketing & PR Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing, communications and public‑relations strategy for Basiqat Resort, a luxury destination within the Mantis Collection. Reporting to the resort leadership team, you will shape brand storytelling, drive media engagement and enhance the resort’s digital presence to attract discerning travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with Mantis brand values and commercial goals.
• Build awareness of Basiqat Resort as a unique luxury destination in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
• Translate the resort’s experiences, landscape and guest offerings into compelling brand stories.
• Support pre‑opening marketing activities, campaigns and launch initiatives.
• Lead public‑relations efforts, maintain strong media relationships and secure coverage.
• Manage digital channels, partnerships and influencer collaborations to drive guest acquisition.
