Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive all local marketing activities for Adecco Saudi Arabia, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement across digital channels. You will manage social media, create bilingual content, develop sales collateral, support website localisation and oversee automated newsletters while analysing performance data to continuously improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Adecco Saudi Arabia’s social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and local cultural norms, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Build and send weekly newsletters using Marketing Cloud automation, segment mailing lists and analyse open rates, click‑through and conversion metrics.
• Create and update brochures, capability decks and other sales assets in English and Arabic, adhering to global brand guidelines.
• Oversee translation and localisation of website content into Arabic, collaborate with translation partners and the regional marketing team, and implement updates using Figma.
• Maintain brand governance by ensuring all visuals, designs and messaging follow the Adecco brand identity and manage a library of local imagery.
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering social media analytics, newsletter statistics, website traffic and engagement insights, and recommend optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s/MBA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market and cultural communication norms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma, Canva and the Adobe Suite.
• Hands‑on expertise in social media management and content creation.
