Marketing Specialist

About the role

Autobia is seeking a Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end campaigns that build brand awareness and clearly communicate our services. You will work closely with design, product, growth, and sales teams to ensure every initiative has a defined purpose and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with the design team.
• Track brand growth versus competitors and conduct regular competitive analyses to sharpen positioning.
• Partner with product to define development priorities that reinforce Autobia’s differentiation.
• Create and maintain website content, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all channels.
• Design and run social‑media and WhatsApp campaigns, setting budgets and defining success metrics.
• Measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, budget) and deliver actionable insights.
• Align marketing activities with broader business goals in partnership with growth and sales teams.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns from strategy through budgeting, execution, and analysis.
• Strong written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and translating insights into positioning.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
