Marketing Specialist

About the role

Cretik is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its hybrid team in Jiddah. The role focuses on planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote Cretik’s digital products and services across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Create and manage content for social media, email, SEO/SEM, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and devise marketing strategies.
• Experience in sales support and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with technology or digital products in the MENA region is a plus.
