Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns for real estate projects and assets. Working closely with sales, leasing and partnership teams, the role aims to attract customers and investors while supporting sales and leasing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for real estate projects, land, and assets in line with approved objectives and budgets.
• Gather market intelligence and analyse customer and investor segments, competing projects, and demand trends to support the selection of appropriate marketing messages and channels.
• Prepare real estate marketing content, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and project pages, in coordination with relevant teams.
• Verify the accuracy of published property information, including location, area, features, and availability, and obtain the necessary approvals before publication.
• Manage campaign execution across digital channels, real estate platforms, and events, and monitor the performance of suppliers and marketing agencies.
• Coordinate with sales, leasing, and partnership teams to identify their marketing needs, hand over incoming inquiries and leads, and monitor lead quality.
• Organise property visits, events, and real estate exhibitions in collaboration with relevant departments, and prepare the required marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance indicators, including inquiry volume, lead quality, and cost per lead, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain consistent visual branding and marketing messages across all materials and channels.
• Comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to real estate advertising and marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably including real estate marketing or the marketing of projects and assets.
