Marketing Specialist – Retail & Mall Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong analytical skills and has hands‑on experience in campaign management, digital marketing, content development, and marketing analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
• Develop creative campaign ideas to promote brands, products, and services.
• Manage social media, email, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and promotional partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Support marketing strategy through content creation and data‑driven insights.
• Prepare creative briefs, campaign reports, and performance summaries.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with established brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant Marketing experience.
• Previous marketing experience within the Shopping Malls / Retail Real Estate sector.
• Hands‑on experience in planning and executing mall marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Ads, Web Analytics, CRM, and relevant marketing tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are highly valued.
