Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will support the creation and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive revenue, and showcase the hotel’s services and facilities. Working closely with sales, revenue, and operations teams, you will ensure all marketing activities align with corporate guidelines and the hotel’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Create marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content while maintaining brand standards.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Support the organization of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
