Marketing Manager – Retail & E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our retail and online marketing initiatives in Makkah. You will shape campaigns that drive traffic, conversion and loyalty across our showrooms and e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches and sales‑driven campaigns for physical stores and the online shop.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure visual‑merchandising guidelines are applied consistently.
• Oversee social media, digital advertising and basic e‑commerce marketing activities.
• Analyse customer data, market trends and sales performance to produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with sales, e‑commerce and merchandising teams and supervise external agencies or vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or fashion marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the GCC fashion retail or consumer‑goods sector is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is beneficial.
