About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Martial Arts Coach to join our Jeddah location. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality training across disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA, catering to both children and adults.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and lead group and private martial‑arts sessions that develop technique, strength and confidence.
- Adapt classes to suit members of varying fitness levels and experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean and motivating training environment.
- Build strong relationships with members, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Support the centre’s coaching standards and contribute to a positive member experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Martial Arts Coach or similar teaching role.
- Strong background in at least one discipline (BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai or MMA).
- Experience coaching both kids and adults.
- Relevant martial‑arts or coaching certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
