Master Data Specialist

About the role

The Master Data Specialist ensures that core business data across ERP and CRM systems is accurate, consistent, and reliable. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will support data quality initiatives and help drive efficient data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update master data records in ERP, CRM and other relevant systems.
• Conduct regular data audits, validations and clean‑up activities to guarantee data integrity.
• Collaborate with business units to gather, verify and document data requirements.
• Support data migration projects and assist in data‑cleanup efforts.
• Develop and document master data management procedures and best practices.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users on data standards and processes.
• Monitor data quality issues and resolve them promptly to minimise business impact.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in master data management, data administration or a related diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including XLOOKUP functions.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with data migration, data cleansing and validation tools.
• Knowledge of master data management processes.
