Mechanical Assembly Supervisor

About the role

WETICOWETICO is looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to lead the assembly and integration of skids, packages and equipment for oil & gas, petrochemical and water treatment projects in Riyadh. The role ensures that all assembly work is performed safely, on schedule and in strict compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical assembly activities and allocate work to the assembly team.
• Verify that equipment is assembled according to engineering drawings, P&IDs and project specifications.
• Oversee equipment alignment, flange management, bolting, gasket installation and torqueing.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to confirm dimensional accuracy, fit‑up and completeness inspections.
• Enforce HSE requirements, safe lifting, rigging and manual handling practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical assembly experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, including supervisory duties.
• Background in oil & gas, petrochemical or water‑treatment package manufacturing.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Technology.
• Experience working in a Saudi Aramco regulated fabrication environment is highly preferred.
