Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our facility management team in Jeddah. The role focuses on supporting the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting, and other mechanical systems within our buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting, and mechanical systems.
• Assist in conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any operational issues.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and building services systems.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the facility management industry.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
