Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for our real‑estate projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing complex engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with international codes, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and develop mechanical systems, equipment and solutions.
• Lead and supervise mechanical engineering activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, calculations and engineering reports.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical works.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, architectural and other engineering disciplines.
• Review contractor and supplier submittals and material specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and schedule, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and verify adherence to approved drawings.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, design, installation and maintenance.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering codes and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
