Mechanical Engineer - Pipelines (EPC)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Mechanical Engineer - Pipelines (EPC) to join its team in Dhahran. The engineer designs, analyses and executes pipeline projects within the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) sector, working on site and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop pipeline systems, including material selection, stress analysis and fabrication.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve engineering documents, drawings and specifications for pipeline projects.
• Visit sites to oversee installation and commissioning of pipeline systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes and industry standards.
• Support procurement by providing technical specifications and vendor evaluations.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, pipeline design, project management and EPC projects.
• Experience in project management and coordination within EPC environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Pipeline design software such as AutoCAD, CAESAR II or similar.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline codes and standards such as ASME and API.
