Media and Communications Specialist

About the role

The Media and Communications Specialist will support clients and brands in building strong reputations, enhancing media presence, and delivering clear, impactful communications across both traditional and digital channels. This role combines media relations, corporate communications, and strategic content development within the PR and digital marketing landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communication and media‑relations strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Draft and manage press releases, media pitches, corporate announcements, key messages, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media opportunities, interviews, press events, and coverage for clients.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment, providing insights and reports.
• Support crisis and issues‑management communications when required.
• Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Contribute to integrated PR and digital campaigns that strengthen brand visibility.
• Prepare communication, media‑coverage, and performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
