Medical Devices Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Medical Devices Operations Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination of medical device operations, covering regulatory compliance, shipments, customer orders, and internal processes. This role acts as a bridge between internal departments and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate registration of medical devices and supplies with the SFDA and monitor regulatory requirements.
• Manage shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Track and follow up on customer purchase orders and requests.
• Liaise with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation for devices, shipments, orders, and regulatory matters.
• Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues and delays.
• Facilitate clear communication throughout the medical device supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical device operations, regulatory affairs, procurement, logistics, or commercial operations is preferred.
• Basic to good knowledge of SFDA medical device requirements.
• Experience in shipment coordination and customs clearance is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow‑up, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
