Medical Representative – In‑Center (Wellness & Aesthetics)

About the role

The Medical Representative works in an in‑center wellness and aesthetics environment, guiding clients through personalized beauty journeys. The role combines client consultation, product recommendation, and sales of skin‑care and hair‑care treatments to achieve revenue targets while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, conduct personalized consultations, and recommend suitable treatments and home‑care products.
• Explain benefits, usage, and protocols of the centre’s services and retail items.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all skincare and haircare products, including new arrivals.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by promoting treatment packages and retail products.
• Build long‑term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with therapists and front‑desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients after treatments to assess satisfaction and propose further recommendations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Graduates of Pharmacy are preferred.
