Medical Representative – Madinah

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory in Madinah. The role focuses on scientific engagement, increasing product awareness, and meeting sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and report updates to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities using the company's CRM system.
• Organize and participate in medical meetings, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of assigned products, disease areas, and market developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in one or more therapeutic areas (e.g., Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology) is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for field activity reporting.
